Had my transmission flushed and picked my vehicle up with the radio maxed out and one speaker blown. All my work goes elsewhere now.

John I am sorry you had a problem but I do not have any record of you in our system as ever working on a vehicle for you by your name. If we had worked on your vehicle with our Quality Control procedures the problem you had would not have happen with us. Your review does not give your email or the type of vehicle you have so with what information I have to go by I feel this is a inaccurate or false review. Recently got my car serviced here. Give me a minute to gush because I'm often very skeptical of mechanic shops because of previous experiences I've had with them. My experience here was everything I wished for in a car repair place, they did. I brought my older car here and was worried about if they would be thorough, try to upsell me, etc. They provided a very detailed estimate with pictures clearly showing what needed to be done, parts they would use and very directly answered my concerns. Not only that, the prices were very reasonable. If that wasn't enough, they were surprisingly quick and the online appointment system was quite good as well and they're very pleasant to work with. You're lucky in this area if a shop like this even has a website, let alone does all that. I couldn't be more pleased. In fact, we're having my mother-in-law's car towed here across a couple of states just to have them work on it. If that's not a glowing endorsement I don't know what is. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Haven’t had any work dont here, but had the overheating looked at. Tried to upcharge me $2,600 to just change the thermostat…. And labeled the test results as something redundant so I couldn’t tell what the actual problem was. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Chance, Thank you for your review. I tried to call you and speak to you about your review but did not get an answer and could not leave a message. I feel that it is inaccurate. We felt with the overheating problem you were having was more than a thermostat. We recommend a water pump, cooling system flush, radiator and thermostat. With the mileage of 311421 and all the other issues with your vehicle. The inspection we did shows the other problems with your vehicle and concerns. Our goal is to take care of our customers .
