Started off with a misunderstanding with these people. The owner is very reasonable, and the issue was resolved. I will say though, that if you've got an older vehicle, with a simple problem, this place probably isn't what you're looking for. They use expensive parts and their labor is not cheap. Everything will of course be under warranty. I have no doubt they can stand behind their work.... but at the end of the day... no one wants to come out of pocket close to 2 grand to replace a few fuel injectors in a 12 year old vehicle that might optimistically be worth 6 grand if sold on Facebook marketplace or whatever. I'm sure those injectors would be great, and I"m sure the quality of work would be top notch. Doesn't matter though. You still have a 12 year old mini van with 3 nice injectors that's still only worth 6 grand. That said, I imagine this is the business you want to use when you have a new vehicle that's under warranty. This is not a good solution when you are trying to do the bare minimum to get a vehicle going again.

A&A Automotive Repair in my opinion is the best repair shop on the Coast. Their Honest, courteous, and very transparent about their work. Always supply a written estimate and discusses the work to be performed. Very clean shop, something you don't see often.

Excellent communication and e,plantation of the repair process. An estimate was texted and emailed with details of the needed repairs. I felt very confident that all issues would be handled professionally and they were. It appears each person involved cares about their work and are very versed in the repair process even for my older model vehicle that is over 20 years old. The person who checked us out even mentioned his involvement in "QC", which I assume was quality control. Very detailed, very professional and I will use this business for my future automotive repair needs.
